The base fee for services is $125.00/session for an individual, $140/session hour for couples. A session is typically 50 minutes to one hour. $50/session 1 1/2 hour for group, per participant.
For clients who are struggling financially, fees can be negotiated based on a sliding scale upon request. A late cancellation fee of $35.00 is charged for appointments cancelled less than 24 hours in advance. A fee of $45.00 is charged for a No-Show.
Payments
Cash, personal checks, debit and credit cards (Visa, Master Card, and American Express) are acceptable methods of payment at my office. *A Credit Card Agreement Form can also be filled out for convenience.
Insurance
I currently accept accept HSA (Healthy Savings Account) and FSA (Flexible Savings Account) cards for health insurance. If you would like reimbursement for insurance, I can provide a monthly invoice.
